Farm Positions

WE ARE HIRING for the 2026-27 season!

We are looking for one full-time, experienced, farmer to join our crew. (We do not have any part-time, internship or volunteer positions available at this time.)

This is a year-round position that begins in October.

The job consists of general farm work including but not limited to: planting, weeding, harvesting, irrigation set up, electric fencing, mowing.

Requirements:

• Impeccable attendance

• Minimum of 1 year of experience on a vegetable production farm

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work in all weather conditions, stoop, kneel, bend and perform all aspects of general farm labor.

• High standards of organization.

• Strong work ethic.

We farm for the love of quality food and for the sake of land stewardship.  We seek someone with an eye for quality and a desire for hard work.  We have over 20 years of farming experience and consider ourselves an educational employer.  The position includes opportunities to learn all facets of running a small farm business. 

We do not have employee housing.
